The Hong Kong Institute Chartered Secretaries (HKICS)
The annual event of The Hong Kong Institute Chartered Secretaries, 19th ACRU 2018 provided all the update regulations and policies from professionals to related parties. Over 2000+ participants would join the conference in learning the latest corporate and regulatory developments.
WaTT led the campaign by:
- Launching a new website of the annual event and bringing attention to the public
- Website is mobile responsive and embedding front-end and back-end functionalities, such as registration, event calendar etc.
- Propose fascinating designs as the event key visual and develop marketing collaterals, such as event brochures, badges and lanyard etc.
- Meticulously plan throughout the event, including logistic arrangement, crowd management, catering arrangement and on the site support
- Implementing advanced technology to improve the sign in and out system – a real time system to monitor the status of participants
- Placing advertisement on SCMP as to enhance awareness of the event
WaTT provided all rounded service from pre-event management to on-site support and nonetheless post event management. Proposing strategies correspondingly to cope with situations. Attentive and thoughtful management has brought this event to success, organizing an event occupying up to 2,000 people is seemingly challenging, but we can bring your event to the next level!
