We think it is important to let the public know the identity and philosophy of a restaurant. Moreover, visual elements unconsciously affect one’s perception towards a business. Expressing a restaurant’s identity visually is often a challenge – it is difficult to communicate a culinary experience, often being multi-sensory, through only words.
Our photography team comprehended Ore-no Kappou’s philosophy and essence of their dishes, then translated them into visuals by manoeuvring the lighting, arranging the composition, perfecting the angles, and accentuating textures and colours. The photos are used extensively in Ore-no Kappou’s promotional materials, like on menus, leaflets, display screens and social media.
