Fiji is renowned for its stunning beaches, climate and the relaxing atmosphere. In promoting the tourism of such beautiful places, Tourism Fiji has toured around Asia through hosting conferences in various cities, and Hong Kong is the last stop of their tour.
WaTT led the campaign by:
- Communicate and work closely with their team from Shanghai
- Assisted from venue sourcing, coordination with hotels on all arrangement in relation to guests rooms, venue for seminar and catering arrangement
- Meticulously plan throughout the event, including logistic arrangement, crowd management and transportation
- Prepare event collaterals, such as brochure, place card, souvenir bags etc
- Manage participants lists and act as contact point on behalf
- Support on site
All participants enjoyed the event by learning more about Fiji and leaving with a BIG SMILE!
